The wait is over — for members and staff.
The answer usually already exists — in a webinar, a report, or an expert's head — it just can't get to the person who needs it fast enough. ReadyIntelligence turns your association's knowledge into an AI assistant that answers instantly, for members and staff alike.
On 23 September, join Alex Skinner and the ReadyIntelligence team for a free hands-on morning in London where you'll build your own assistant. No developer, no IT project. Just a laptop and a morning. Register below.
What you'll do
You'll send us some content ahead of time. On the day, you'll:
- Select your language model
- Configure its personality and suggested prompts
- Connect your knowledge sources — ingested in advance, so you'll see exactly how it's done
- Preview it and ask your own questions — live, against your own knowledge
In just one morning, you'll have a working assistant built on real content.
Who it's for: membership, comms and operations professionals at associations who want to see this hands-on.
Bring: a fully-charged laptop (tablets and smart phones aren't suitable). Send us some content ahead of the workshop — we'll be in touch.
📅 Wed 23 September · 09:30–12:30 (with a break) · London

FAQS
Do I need technical knowledge or special software?
No. No coding, no software to install — we will walk you through every step, and we handle the technical side.
How will I preview the assistant?
You'll preview and test it on your own ReadyIntelligence instance, asking it real questions against your own content.
Can I use it after the workshop?
Yes — you'll get 60 days' access to try it further with your team.
Is our content and data safe?
Yes. Your assistant runs on its own dedicated instance and only learns from the content you choose to send us - and isn't shared publicly.
What kind of content should I send?
Anything you'd want members or staff to get answers from — policy documents, FAQs, guidance notes, even webinar transcripts.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes — spaces are limited, so please have them register separately to guarantee a seat.
Is there a virtual option, or a recording?
No — this workshop is in person only, in London.
Is there any cost, now or afterwards?
No. The workshop is free to attend, and there's no cost during your 60 days' access afterwards either.
